CES Group is seeking an architect interested in helping shape the future of rural communities.

Based in Marysville, Kansas, CES is a multidisciplinary engineering, architecture, and survey firm building an integrated Planning–Design–Build platform serving rural communities across Kansas and the Midwest. Our goal is to develop a new model for how projects are conceived, designed, and delivered in smaller communities, linking architecture, engineering, planning, and construction into a seamless process that can help towns grow and thrive.

CES Group is building an integrated Planning–Design–Build platform that has the potential to redefine how architecture and community development projects are delivered across Kansas and the Midwest.

We are seeking a motivated architect to help grow and lead the CES architecture discipline within this evolving platform. The role includes architectural design, construction documentation, master planning, and collaboration with engineers, planners, and community stakeholders.

Projects include housing initiatives, civic facilities, downtown revitalization efforts, and community infrastructure projects across Kansas and the broader Midwest region.

The ideal candidate is proficient in Revit and visualization software, experienced in construction documentation, and comfortable working in a collaborative design-build environment.
