The 19 CES, Engineering Flight has immediate openings for two GS-0808-12 Architects at Little Rock AFB, Arkansas.  The staff is comprised of mechanical, electrical and civil engineers, architects, geospatial data production/management, surveying, community planning, programming, energy management and construction management professionals.

A strong candidate will have experience with design development, facility design, specification writing and unit price cost estimating.  Asset management, planning, and programming experience desirable.  Professional registration or licensure as a Professional Architect in one of the 50 states or territories is highly desirable, but not required.

Starting annual salary is $82,830.00 up to $107,680.00.   Health insurance, life insurance, dental and vision plans are available.  A thrift savings plan (similar to a 401k plan) with matching contributions up to 5% is also available.  13 days of paid vacation time annually starting, and 13 days of paid sick leave annually with continual accrual, if not used.  The standard workweek is 40 hours with paid overtime in the rare event overtime is required.  Additionally, all federal holidays are paid and not workdays, with 2023 having 11 days off for Federal holidays.
