A small, design-oriented architectural practice, specializing in upper-end custom residential projects in the Southeast is seeking a project architect who can assist in construction documentation and detailing. The successful applicant should have an understanding of construction and the details that go into putting together a fine custom home. The small size of the firm should afford the candidate experience in all aspects of architectural practice.

Education and Experience:

Bachelor of Architecture from NAAB accredited school

3 years minimum experience

Architectural license a plus

Experience in producing design development and construction documentation in AutoCad

Skills:

Proficiency in AutoCad Lt 2021

Proficiency in PhotoShop and PowerPoint

Sketch Up or other 3-D modeling skills a plus

Hand rendering a plus

Strong design, technical, and communication skills needed
