WER Architects is seeking forward-thinking, energetic Architects to join our design team in Little Rock & Fayetteville. Ideal applicants will exhibit a commitment to excellence in architectural design, have a positive approach, and a great collaborator. Applicants should have a minimum 2 years of experience.  

Required Qualifications

– 2-7 years of relevant work experience

– Professional Degree in Architecture 

– Design and Technical detailing experience

– Revit modeling and drafting

– Digital Graphic skills such as SketchUp and Lumion

– Excellent oral, written, and graphic communication skills

– Interest in Sustainable design and craft of construction and contextual design

– Motivated and able to work self-directed, and with teams in an open design studio environment

Preferred Qualifications

– Professional Registration

– LEED Accreditation

– WELL Accredited Professional
