The Licensed Architect works under administrative direction and is responsible for developing preliminary and schematic drawings, cost estimates, and bid documents for park construction projects and for overseeing the completion of the project.  This position will assist in providing oversight for all architectural projects, design consultant contracts, and will work closely with the Planning and Development engineering staff, park planners, and other regulatory agencies.

Applicants must meet or exceed the following qualifications: The formal education equivalent of a bachelor’s degree in architecture; plus three years of experience in the architecture field. Must be licensed as an Architect by the State Board of Architects in accordance with ACA 17-15-301.
