Donna Thomas and Jennifer Carman will speak about their numerous historic rehabilitation projects in the Central High School  Neighborhood Historic District (listed on 2014 Most Endangered List) and saving properties on Little Rock’s “unsafe and vacant” list. Using Thomas’s carpentry and restoration skills and Carman’s design expertise, they restore single-family homes where weed lots might have been.
