At 1407, we recognize that our work environments demand new templates for creativity and success. That’s why we’re launching our first creative ideas competition. We want to hear what environments inspire you to create, collaborate, and succeed. What does this look like, feel like, sound like? How does it challenge you? What makes it tick? Who else is with you? How do you communicate with each other? What happens there that doesn’t happen elsewhere? Responses can take almost any form – a mood board, poem, diagram, or sketch – whatever works for you. We are asking you to re-imagine your workplace.
