Beyond LEED: Paint and Sustainable Building

This program will give you a better understand-ing of how your paint selection will affect your project – whether you are pursuing LEED Certifica-tion or you’re just a fan of clean air. You will also see how the right product can save money while keeping material out of our landfills. Based on the criteria used in LEED-NC 2.2, determine wheth-er a paint product meets the requirements to be considered a “green Product”. Using established technical data, you will be able to incorporate test results to aid in projecting the life cycle and dollar-cost analysis of a paint product. though the understanding of test results, you will be able to effectively communicate how a paint product relates to your on-going sustainable goals.
