2012-2021 IBC Update Class hosted by Shums Coda Associates on Sept 7th

Please join AIA Allied Member, Shums Coda Associates, on September 7^th, 2023 from 8:30 am to 4:30 am for a 2012-2021 IBC UPDATE CLASS!

The seminar will review the major changes from the 2012 to 2012 editions of the International Building Code. The background behind many of the changes will be discussed to provide the participants with an understanding of the intent of the changes and how to apply them to our everyday work. Subjects covered in the class will include the allowable height and area calculations, mass timber, occupied roofs, distilleries, fire sprinkler requirements, accessibility, plumbing fixture requirements, and more.
