The Haven

The firm designed a 29-unit, 60,000-SF luxury condominium development in downtown Bentonville featuring high ceilings, expansive glass, private balconies, and premium finishes. Each residence includes private garages prepped for EV chargers, access to conditioned storage units, and the option for future solar integration—offering a refined, sustainable approach to modern urban living.

Project Statement

The Firm provided architectural and MEP design services for this luxury multi-family condominium development that redefines downtown Bentonville living. The three-story, nearly 60,000-square-foot project features 29 high-end residences, each thoughtfully designed to balance elegance, comfort, and functionality. The building offers a mix of ten distinct floor plans, ranging from one- and two-bedroom layouts to units with flexible office spaces that can seamlessly transform into a third bedroom.

Generous proportions and refined detailing set the tone for each home. Ceiling heights begin at 10 feet, with select top-floor units soaring up to 14 feet, creating bright, open interiors enhanced by expansive glass windows that fill each residence with natural light. Every unit includes at least one private balcony or patio—some with multiple outdoor living areas—to foster a connection between indoor and outdoor space.

Residences feature luxury finishes and materials throughout, including floor-to-ceiling cabinetry, premium appliances, and spacious living and dining areas designed for both entertaining and everyday comfort. Each unit includes a private garage—available in one- and two-car configurations—designed with modern living in mind. All garages are roughed-in for future installation of electric vehicle (EV) chargers, and the building has been designed to accommodate solar panels should residents choose to install them in the future.

In addition to ample parking and private outdoor space, residents will enjoy access to private, interior, conditioned storage units—providing secure, climate-controlled space for bikes, seasonal items, or personal belongings.

When completed in late 2025, this development will introduce a one-of-a-kind residential experience to downtown Bentonville: combining the sophistication of modern architecture with the warmth of home.
