A new 3-story Headquarters for Teslar Software who is a Financial Tech company in Springdale, AR. The building contains a two-story lobby, (2) two tenant spaces, event center, gym, open office areas, private offices, conference rooms, kitchen, and a roof terrace. Exterior materials include stone veneer, preformed metal wall panel, and aluminum storefront/curtainwall glazing. Site amenities include a pickleball/basketball court and exterior plaza.
Project Statement
The design intent for this building is to create spaces that enrich the workplace experience and foster creativity as well as create spaces that encourage collaboration and teamwork. The goal was to create a connection to the exterior with views from all interior spaces as well as accessibility to roof terrace and plazas.
