Situated near Bentonville’s extensive trail network and within close proximity to the downtown area, the project offers tenants convenient access to the city’s vibrant outdoor and cultural amenities. In collaboration with the landscape architect, thoughtfully designed outdoor spaces were integrated throughout the site to encourage community gathering and enhance livability.
Design and construction challenges included navigating property line setbacks and responding to a mid-construction requirement to upgrade the building to a VA construction type. These issues were resolved through close coordination with code consultants, city officials, and the construction team.
