DESCRIPTION:Join us for a guided hard hat tour of the Artspace Windgate Campus\, a $36 million new construction development currently underway in Little Rock’s historic East End. As a creative hub designed to anchor the city’s expanding arts and culture scene\, this multistory\, mixed-use facility will provide 60 units of affordable live/work housing for artists and their families. The campus also features 10 artist-in-residence studios\, 9\,007 square feet of commercial space for local arts organizations\, and a large outdoor courtyard designed for public art and community engagement. The tour will explore the building’s role in urban revitalization and its proximity to other major cultural landmarks like the Clinton Presidential Center and the Arkansas Museum of Fine Arts. \n  \n
