SUMMARY:NWA - Hard Hat Tour
DESCRIPTION:Northwest Arkansas Section’s First Hard Hat Tour of 2014\nThe Cardinal\nW. Center St. & S. Duncan Ave\nFayetteville\n1 LU \nWe will be touring the Cardinal\, designed by Modus Studio.  The project is located at the intersection of W. Center St. and S. Duncan Ave. in Fayetteville.  The tour will be this Thursday\, May 8th and will begin at 5pm. \n  \nThe Cardinal at West Center is a multifamily project located on a two acre site adjacent to the University of Arkansas. This location is at the northern edge of a populated and thriving multifamily neighborhood\, with equal access to campus and downtown Fayetteville. The Cardinal has the opportunity to be a catalyst in the Fayetteville core by providing uniquely walkable housing and urban amenities to this distinct demographic- a generation seeking something better than status quo and an aesthetic beyond traditional norms.
