DESCRIPTION:AIAFS will take an Architect\, Contractor\, and Owner guided tour of the Expanded Emergency Room & Intensive Care Unit currently under construction in Fort Smith\, AR. Additions and Renovations to existing Campus includes exam\, trauma\, patient\, CT\, x-ray\, and ICU rooms\, a parking deck\, surface parking\, helipads\, utility plant expansion\, mechanical penthouse\, and site development. Additionally\, we will discuss structural systems\, mechanical systems and upgrades\, healthcare design considerations\, and construction lessons learned.
