SUMMARY:CS - ADN Lecture
DESCRIPTION:This is an announcement for the upcoming Architecture Design Network Lecture on Tuesday\, September 30th at 6pm at the Arkansas Art Center lecture hall.  Jeff Shannon\, professor at and former dean of the Fay Jones School of Architecture\, will present a lecture entitled “Frank Lloyd Wright’s’ Robie House: A New Perspective”.  There will be a cocktail reception prior to the lecture beginning at 5:30 in the theater lobby.  Please see the link below for further information about the lecture. \nFrank Lloyd Wright’s Robie House: A New Perspective \n  \nUpcoming Events:\n\nOctober 15-18\, the AIA Arkansas Convention is in Hot Springs at the convention center.  This year all featured speakers are approved for HSW CEUs.  The featured speakers are Kai Uwe Bergmann\, Matthew Hufft\, the Arkansas Gubernatorial Candidates\, Jeffrey Stuhr\, Heather McKinney\, and Anne Fougeron.  See 2014 AIA Arkansas State Convention website for more information.\nOctober’s ADN Lecture: Carl Matthews (U of A interior department) on October 21st at 6:00pm.\nNovember’s Eat and Educate will be presented by Human Scale at the Argenta Community Theater in North Little Rock on the 11th at 11:30am.\nDecember’s AIA\, ASID\, and ASLA joint Christmas Party at Donnie Ferneau’s Good Food\, where Argenta Grocery was located.  It will be held December 11th\, so mark your calendars.  There will be more information to follow.\n\n  \nI look forward to seeing you there!  I appreciate your continued support of the ADN series. \n  \nThank you for your time\, \nJonathan Opitz\, AIA\, LEED AP BD+C\nArchitect \njonathan@amr-architects.com \n100 River Market Ave\, Suite 301 \nLittle Rock\, Arkansas 72201 \n
