Little Rock Tech Park


Located in the Creative Corridor on Main Street in Little Rock, the LR Tech Park is a technology business start-up incubator for use by entrepreneursand collaborative research groups providing jobs and business opportunities to Central Arkansas. Short-term and long term, private and co-working office space with abundant conference/meeting areas makes up this 42,000 square foot facility derived from two 1920 era buildings renovated into one main office complex for the Tech Park

A conceptual study for the technology park campus to serve as a tech-business start-up incubator in downtown Little Rock led to this first phase renovation of 415 & 417 Main Street. Two old 1920’s buildings in the heart of downtown Little Rock. The preliminary study involved multiple buildings and sites on Main Street as a technology and research park campus master planned to be 663,000 square feet of office/ lab and research space on several adjacent blocks. This multi-phased project includes several existing historic structures along Main Street and new construction development. The plan and focus is to create a cutting edge technology park that attracts technology based companies and start-ups while simultaneously respecting the historical character of Main Street.

This first phase, completed Spring 2017, took 42,000 square feet of existing historic office buildings at 415 and 417 Main Street, renovated and connected the two buildings to create flexible, leasible office space for entrepreneurs, start-ups and research companies. The buildings include 76 private office suites, 75 open office/co-working spaces, 10 meeting spaces, a coffee shop, a formal conference room and a common lobby/events space.
