Our Strategic Plan To continue the success of AIA Arkansas and to provide the best value possible to the AIA membership, the 2010 AIA Arkansas Board of Directors engaged in a strategic planning process at the January Board retreat. As a result of this planning process the AIA Board adopted the 2010-2012 Strategic Plan. Four goals were established to lead AIA Arkansas into the next decade. To achieve these goals a new committee matrix has been developed. It is our hopes that this new committee structure will not only allow us to achieve the goals established in the strategic plan but will also involve more of the AIA membership in all leadership activities of the chapter.
