Job Description:
Garver’s growing Facilities Design team is looking to add an experienced Architect in our North Little Rock office. The right candidate will have at least 5 years of overall experience in efficient and aggressive project delivery methods. Strong skills in construction detailing, construction documents assembly, building component integration, specification development, project communication and leadership are required.
This candidate must be able to integrate into an in-house multi-disciplinary team setting. Candidates should have extensive experience with AutoCad and/or Revit. Microstation and construction administration experience is a plus.
We believe that overall project design is improved by simplifying the interaction and communication between engineering and architecture teams. We are looking for an architect who would be excited to join us in expanding our capabilities, and who appreciates blending functional requirements with aesthetic concepts.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in architecture
- Proficient in AutoCAD or Microstation
- 5 or more years of architecture experience
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Licensed Architect
- BIM experience
